UP ITDC inks MoA with Rappler
University of the Philippines Information Technology Development Center (UP ITDC) Director Jaime D.L. Caro led the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement with Rappler CEO and Executive Director Maria Ressa on May 08, 2012 at Vidal A. Tan Hall, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
UP ITDC short courses free for UP employees; 50% off for UP students
In line with the objectives of eUP, particularly its component on building ICT competency among the members of the UP community, the UP ITDC will offer all its short courses until Dec. 2012 for free to all UP employees, and at a 50% discount for all UP students. Applicants have to submit an application form bearing the signature of their endorser who may be an office head, department chair, or college dean, employee ID and employment certificate for employees, and school ID and Form 5 for students.

In the last few years, electronic publishing has taken the world by storm — though truth be told, because the definition of the word “e-book” is not particularly specific, and may be taken to mean any document in digital form, it may be argued that e-publishing, in the broadest sense, has been around since the birth of the Internet. UP ITTC to administer Admission Exam on May 5
The University of the Philippines Information Technology Training Center (UP ITTC) is pleased to announce that it will be administering its Admission Exam on May 5 at 1:00 PM.
The exam covers reading comprehension, verbal proficiency, logical reasoning, and mathematics, and will be held at Vidal A. Tan Hall, Quirino Ave. cor. Velasquez St., UP Diliman, Diliman, Quezon City.
